RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF JACK PIERCE
ELECTRIC FOR EXTERIOR LIGHTING AND FIELD
ELECTRICAL ON THE FOUR-FIELD SOFTBALL
COMPLEX (CSA PROJECT NO. 86042) .
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the exterior lighting and field electrical for the
four-field softball complex; and,
WHEREAS, five bids were received, and it is determined
that the base bid of Jack Pierce Electric of Wichita Falls,
in the amount of $134,103 . 00 is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Jack Pierce Electric in the amount of
134,103 .00 for the exterior lighting and field electrical
for the four-field softball complex is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with
Jack Pierce Electric for this project.
