RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF DIPPERY
PLUMBING FOR EXTERIOR UTILITIES -
PLUMBING ON THE FOUR-FIELD SOFTBALL
COMPLEX (CSA PROJECT NO. 86042) .
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the exterior utilities - plumbing on the four-field
softball complex; and,
WHEREAS, eight bids were received, and it is determined
that the base bid of Dippery Plumbing of Wichita Falls, in
the amount of $20,850. 00 is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Dippery Plumbing in the amount of $20,850.00
for the exterior utilities - plumbing for the four-field
softball complex is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract with Dippery Plumbing for
this project.
