RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGH-
WAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION'S MINUTE ORDER #85718
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF REILLY ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to cooperate with Wichita
County and the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation for
the improvement of Reilly Road to farm-to-market standards; and,
WHEREAS, the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation
has approved Minute Order #85718 agreeing to pay for the construction costs
with the exception of utility relocation and right-of-way acquisition; and,
WHEREAS, the Court of Commissioners of Wichita County has approved the
minute order and desires that Reilly Road be improved to farm-to-market
standards from 1-44 westerly 2.1 miles to Wellington Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
