RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH THE FIRM
OF BIGGS & MATHEWS, INC. , CONSULTING ENGINEERS
FOR THE DESIGN OF THE REHABILITATION OF LIFT
STATION NO. 25
WHEREAS, the existing pumps and controls of the existing sewage
lift station located at 2101 Midwestern Parkway is overloaded and obsolete; and,
WHEREAS, new pumps and controls are required; and,
WHEREAS, the firm of Biggs & Mathews, Inc. proposes to furnish
the design and construction contract in accordance with the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract between the City of Wichita Falls and the engineering
firm of Biggs & Mathews, Inc. is approved at a fee not to exceed $6,500.01
andthe City Manager is authorized to execute the contract.
