RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PROJECT FOR SEWER
FACILITIES TO SERVE ATTEBURY GRAIN ELEVATORS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with
Bowles Construction Company for the construction of sewer facilities to
serve Attebury Grain Elevators; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed and has been inspected
by the City staff; and,
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted a request for final
payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction of sewer facilities to serve Attebury Grain
Elevators is accepted and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment
to the contractor of $1 ,690.80.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 7TH DA OF JULY, 1987.
