RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PROJECT TO INSTALL TELEPHONE
SYSTEM AT EAST SCOTT COMPLEX AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Southwestern
Telecom, Inc. , for the installation of a telephone system at the Public Utilities
East Scott Complex;
WHEREAS, the amount of the contract is $8,235.36, and previous payments
in the amount of $7,823.59 have been made, leaving a balance of $411 .77; and,
WHEREAS, the system has been adequately inspected by the City staff
and is acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project for installing a telephone system at the Public Utilities
Complex on East Scott is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
make a final payment to the Southwestern Telecom, Inc. , in the amount of $411 .77.
