RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF BROWN-MCKEE, INC.
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF U.S. 287 WEST PUMP STATION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
construction of a pump station; and,
WHEREAS, ten bids were received, and it is determined that the
bid of Brown-McKee, Inc. of $407,727.00 is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Brown-McKee, Inc. in the amount of $407,727.00 for the
construction of the U.S. 287 West Pump Station is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with such contracto for this
project.
