RESOLUTION TO APPROVE EASEMENTS AND SERVICE
AGREEMENTS FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO 287 WEST
TANK SITE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is constructing an elevated tank
and pump station on Highway 287, just west of City View Lane;
WHEREAS, electric power is needed for the pump station, exterior
lighting at the tank site, and miscellaneous purposes;
WHEREAS, the Texas Utilities Electric Company requires an easement
for the installation of an above-ground distribution line and an under-ground
service line to the pump station;
WHEREAS, the Texas Utilities Electric Company also requires a service
agreement for the site; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed agreement entitled
Distribution Easement and Right-of-way", and a proposed agreement entitled
Easement and Agreement for Underground Facilities".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The stated easements and service agreement are hereby approved and the
City Manager is authorized to execute the two agreements.
