RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF PALCO MECHANICAL
CONTRACTORS, INC. , FOR REPLACEMENT OF THREE
ROOF-TOP AIR CONDITIONERS FOR POLICE HEAD-
QUARTERS.
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for the replacement
of three roof-top air conditioners for the police headquarters;
and,
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and Palco Mechanical
Contractors, who bid $9 , 910. 00, was the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Palco Mechanical Contractors, Inc. , for this
project is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract with said contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of May, 1987 .
