RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
FOR TELEMETRY CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Marvin
Groves Electric Company for certain electrical work throughout the water
and sewer system;
WHEREAS, the City desires to make some additions to the original
specified work; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the work to be accomplished by
Change Order No. 1 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $19,952.00 is approved, bringing
the contract to a total cost of $313,712.00. The City Manager is authorized to
execute Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Marvin Groves Electric Company
for installation of a Telemetry and Control System.
