RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 FOR WATER
LINE AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND REPLACEMENTS,
1986 BUDGET FUNDS AND RADY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Opex, Inc.
for improvements and replacements to the water and sewer systems; and,
WHEREAS, an extension of an 8-inch water main from Clift Street to
the Waterfall is required; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the proposed change order for the
extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 4 to the contract for the water line and sanitary sewer
improvements and replacements, 1986 Budget Funds and Rady Program is hereby approved
in the amount of $19,433.34 and the City Manager is authorized to execute s.id
change order, changing the total contract price to $441 ,169.44.
