RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF RHODE PIPE COM-
PANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 1987 BUDGET UTILITY
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT-WATER LINE REPLACEMENTS
AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of the 1987 Budget Utility Improvement
Project-Water Line Replacements and Sanitary Sewer Improvements;
and,
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and it is found that
Rhode Pipe Company, who bid $116 , 359. 20, is the lowest respon-
sible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Rhode Pipe Company is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with this
contractor for such project.
