RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF G & B UTILITY
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
1987 BUDGET UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT-
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of the 1987 Budget Utility Improvement
Project-Sanitary Sewer Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and it is found that
G & B Utility Construction Company, who bid $245, 050 . 48 , is
the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of G & B Utility Construction Company is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract with this contractor for the construction of such
project.
