RESOLUTION TO AWARD THE COMMUNITY OVERLAY PROJECT,
87-4
WHEREAS, the City has prepared, advertised, and issued a request for
proposal for the 1987 Community Development Overlay Project; and,
WHEREAS, the proposal of the Zack Burkett Company meets all of the
City's requirements at the lowest purchase price;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposal of Zack Burkett for the above named project is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is authorized to negotiate and execute a
purchase contract with Zack Burkett for an amount of $125,088.96.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 5TH DAY OF MAY 19:7.
