RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH THE FIRM
OF BIGGS & MATHEWS, INC. , CONSULTING ENGINEERS
FOR THE DESIGN OF TWO WASTEWATER LIFT STATIONS
WHEREAS, the existing sewage lift stations located at 2922 Seymour
Highway and 201 Sunset Lane are overloaded and obsolete; and,
WHEREAS, new replacement stations are required; and,
WHEREAS, the firm of Biggs & Mathews, Inc. proposes to furnish
the design and construction contract in accordance with the attached contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract between the City of Wichita Falls and the engineering
firm of Biggs & Mathews, Inc. is approved at a fee not to exceed $18,000.00
and the City Manager is authorized to execute the contract.
