RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH THE
FIRM OF CORLETT, PROBST & BOYD FOR A SLUDGE DEWATER-
ING SYSTEM AND RENOVATION OF SELECTED EXISTING PLANT
FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls must install some form of mechanical
sludge dewatering system and needs to renovate selected existing plant facil-
ities at the River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of Corlett, Probst & Boyd is available
and acceptable to the City of Wichita Falls for the development and design
of the specified work; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract to engage the
firm of Corlett, Probst & Boyd for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed contract with the engineering firm of Corlett, Probst &
Boyd is approved at an initial cost for Phase One of $11,500.00, maximum.
The City Manager is authorized to execute the contract for the City.
