RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PROJECT TO RELOCATE 8-INCH
WATER MAIN FOR HOLLIDAY STREET BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Bowles Con-
struction Company for the relocation of an 8-inch water line in the
vicinity of the Holliday Street Bridge;
WHEREAS, the project has been completed and has been inspected by the
City staff; and,
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted a request for final payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to relocate an 8-inch water main in the vicinity of the
Holliday Street Bridge is accepted and the City Manager is authorized to
make a final payment to the contractor of $2,306.69.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 5TH DAY OF MAY 19:7.
