RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
FOR THE HOLLIDAY CREEK EXCAVATION PROJECT
PHASE I
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and the Zack Burkett Company as
contractor, entered into a contract dated November 19, 1985, wherein said contractor
agreed to construct the Holliday Creek Excavation Project-Phase I; and,
WHEREAS, certain work was required to be performed under the terms of
the referenced contract is no longer required; and,
WHEREAS, this work includes the removal of the Weeks Parks Tennis
Center timber bridge, the Golf Course Maintenance Building slab, the low water
crossing in the area of Funland and the shaping and grading of the channel bottom
from the Weeks Tennis Facility southerly to the Golf Maintenance Building; and,
WHEREAS, the contractor agrees that all other terms and conditions of
the contract remain in place.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 4 is approved in the amount of a deduct of $8,9 5.00.
