RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE SHEPPARD
ACCESS ROAD BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT, PHASE I
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the
Sheppard Access Road Beautification Project, Phase I; and,
WHEREAS, Garza Construction Company was the lowest responsible bidder
with a bid of $81,657.42.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Garza Construction Company in the amount of $81,657.42
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract
with such contractor for such project.
