WAIVING RESOLUTION NUMBER 112-83 AS
IT APPLIES TO CONSTRUCTION OF THE WIC
ADDITION TO THE HEALTH BUILDING
WHEREAS, the the construction of the WIC addition to the
Health Building is 100% funded by the U. S. Department of
Agriculture through the State Department of Health; and
WHEREAS, the State has notified us that Resolution 112-83
does not conform to acceptable U.S.D.A. practice;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Resolution Number 112-83 is hereby waived as it applies to
construction of the WIC addition to the Health Building.
