RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT
WITH CONSULTING ENGINEER
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract dated December 3,
1985, with the engineering firm of Corlett, Probst, & Boyd for engineering
services for the 1986 CDBG Utility Replacement Program; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Appendix "B" of the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Appendix "B" of the said contract is amended to delete "1730 LF
of 15" diameter in alley between Lamar Street and Scott Avenue from 6th Street
to 10th Street," to add "1440 LF of 6" diameter in alley between North 5th
Street and North 4th Street from North Brook Avenue to Dead End 130 feet west
of the centerline of Stratford Avenue," and to add "1245 LF of 6" diameter in
alley between North 4th Street and North 3rd from North Brook Avenue to Stratford
Avenue."
