A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF PLATS FOR
ARROWHEAD RANCH RANCH ESTATES WITHOUT OBTAINING
THE APPROVAL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS
WHEREAS, the water purchase contract entered into in 1971
between the City of Wichita Falls and Arrowhead Properties,
Inc. required compliance with City codes and ordinances except
for street, curb and gutter, and sidewalk requirements; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has submitted plats to the City of
Wichita Falls for approval in compliance with this contract;
and,
WHEREAS, such plats are filed for record in Clay County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The developer of Arrowhead Ranch Estates, the
successor to Arrowhead Properties, Inc. , is authorized to file
subdivision plats without obtaining the approval of the CityofWichitaFalls.
SECTION 2. The requirements contained in such water
purchase contract that the improvements to be served shall
conform to the Building Code, Electrical Code, Plumbing Code,
and other ordinances or regulations which apply to development
in the city, except subdivision, street, curb and gutter, and
sidewalk requirements shall remain in full force and effect,
but persons and firms who construct such improvements need not
obtain permits from the City of Wichita Falls.
