RESOLUTION NO. d 7
RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT CYPRESS LANDSCAPING AND
IRRIGATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls contracted with Smith's Gardentown
for a landscaping and irrigation project at the Cypress Street Water Treatment
Plant; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed and found to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to
make a final payment to the contractor of $1 ,543.10.
