RESOLUTION CANVASSING RETURNS OF THE MUNICIPAL
ELECTION HELD IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, ON APRIL 4 , 1987 , FOR COUNCILMAN AT-
LARGE, COUNCILMAN FOR DISTRICT 1, AND COUNCILMAN
FOR DISTRICT 2 .
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, held in the Memorial Auditorium
Building on the 7th day of April, 1987 , at which time a quorum
was present, there came on to be considered the returns of
the municipal election held on the 4th day of April, 1987 ; and,
WHEREAS, after canvassing the returns of said election,
it was found to be duly and legally held in all respects,
and that 6/ i'„! ;7 voters voted in said election, and that
votes were cast as follows:
