RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF BOWLES CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION OF SEWER FACILITIES TO
SERVE ATTEBURY GRAIN ELEVATOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the
construction of sewer facilities to serve Attebury Grain Elevator, which
bids were to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles
Construction Company, who bid unit prices with an estimated total of
16,908.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Bowles Construction Company with an estimated
total of $16,908.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for the construc ion
of this project.
