RESOLUTION DIRECTING CITY' S ATTORNEYS CON-
CERNING APPEAL OF TAX CASE WITH MORGAN
LEASING CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the City and Morgan Leasing Corporation are
involved in a suit concerning personal property taxes for
the year 1982 on certain personal property, and a judgment has
been entered in such suit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Perdue, Brandon & Fielder, the attorneys representing
the City in such suit, are hereby directed not to appeal the
judgment in the above lawsuit.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of February, 1987 .
