RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 5 FOR CONTRACT
D, CYPRESS STREET WATER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with Cajun Construc-
tion Company for the installation of a 16 MGD Water Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, there are certain modifications that need to be made as a
change in the original scope of work; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the proposed change order for the
modifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 5 to Contract D for the Cypress Street Water Treatment
Plant Expansion Project is hereby approved in the amount of $7,800.00, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute said change order, changing the
total contract price with Cajun Contractors to ,318,102.95.
