RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH CANTU
SERVICES, INC. FOR PROVISION OF CATER-
ING SERVICES AT THE ACTIVITIES CENTER
WHEREAS, the City' s current contract with GMW Hamilton' s
Corporation will expire February 28, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls requested proposals for
provision of catering services at the Activities Center; and
WHEREAS, Cantu Services, Inc. was determined to be the best
suited to the catering services needs at the Activities Center of
the two caterers submitting proposals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Cantu Services, Inc. for provision of catering services at
the Activities Center for the period from February 28, 1987
through February 29, 1988. The contract may be extended by
mutual agreement of the parties for a one-year period.
