RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER 1 FOR CONTRACT
WITH HYDROSTORAGE, INCORPORATED TO CONSTRUCT A 1
MG ELEVATED WATER TANK
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls contracted with Hydrostorage,
Incorporated for the construction of a 1 MG elevated water tank;
WHEREAS, the inlet/outlet pipe was bid as a 16-inch steel pipe;
WHEREAS, the City has changed the size of the transmission line
to the tank from 16-inch to 24-inch and now desires to change the inlet/
outlet pipe of the tank from 16-inch to 24-inch; and
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed Change Order #1 for
this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #1 to Hydrostorage, Incorporated contract to change
the size of the inlet/outlet pipe from 16-inch to 24-inch is hereby approved
in the amount of $8,150.00, increasing the total contract price o $674,950.00.
