RESOLUTION TO AWARD CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
CYPRESS TO REILLY ROAD WATER LINE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for
the construction of the Cypress to Reilly Road Water Pipeline, which bids
were to be made on a unit rice basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is Bowles
Construction Company of Wichita Falls, who bid unit prices with an estimated
total of $1,595,196.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Bowles Construction Company with an estimated
total of $1,595,196.25 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for the construc ion

of such project.
