RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXTEND THE CONTRACT WITH GMW HAMILTON' S
CORPORATION FOR PROVISION OF CATERING
SERVICES AT THE ACTIVITIES CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute an extension
under like terms and conditions of the City' s current
contract with GMW Hamilton' s Corporation for the provision
of catering services at the Activities Center for a term
beginning February 1, 1987 and ending February 28 , 1987 .
