RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS
FOR TOPOGRAPHIC SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas has contracted for the
production of topographic mapping and related services; and,
WHEREAS, the United States Army Corps of Engineers wishes to obtain
a complete set of the resultant engineering documents and is willing to
participate financially in the project to obtain said maps; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed and found acceptable a proposed
agreement made with and by the United States Army Coprs of Engineers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement with the Corps
of Engineers.
