RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF REGIONAL
UTILITIES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOUTHWEST
DRAINAGE BASIN 24 -INCH SEWER TRUNK MAIN
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Southwest Drainage Basin 24 -inch
sewer trunk main, which bids were to be made on a unit price
basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Regional Utilities Company, Inc. of Collinsville, Texas, who bid
unit prices with an estimated total of $300,350.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Regional Utilities Company, Inc. with
an estimated total of $300,350.00 is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said contractor for the construction of such project.
