RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR EXCAVATION OF
VALVE AT THE RIVER ROAD WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the excavation of a 24 -inch valve and installation of a
manhole, which bids were to be made on a lump sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is M
& F Litteken Company, who bid a lump sum price of $13,970.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of M & F Litteken Company in the amount of
$13,970.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
proceed with the project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1988.
