RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT
WITH TRINITY BUILDING MAINTENANCE
FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE
KEMP PUBLIC LIBRARY OF WICHITA FALLS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has requested proposals
for furnishing of janitorial services at the Kemp Public Library
of Wichita Falls at three service levels; and,
WHEREAS, two companies responded with proposals, and the
proposal provided by Trinity Building Maintenance at the $14,000
service level provided the best overall frequency of service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposal submitted by Trinity Building Maintenance to
provide janitorial services at the Kemp Public Library of
Wichita Falls for an annual fee of $14,000 is hereby accepted,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with
Trinity Building Maintenance, based on their proposal, for a one -
year term, beginning January 1, 1989, and expiring December 31,
1989, with an option to renew by either party for a one -year
period upon like terms and conditions.
