RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE RIVER ROAD LANDFILL FENCE
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has advertised
for the construction of the River Road Landfill Fence Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Best Building Company who bid unit prices for a total of
$6,473.80.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Best Building Company in the amount
of $6,473.80 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1988.
