RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE WEEKS PARK GOLF
COURSE MAINTENANCE BUILDING AND AUTHORIZE
THE CITY MANAGER TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, entered into a
contract with Norman R. Bratcher Construction Company for the
construction of the Weeks Park Golf Course Maintenance Building;
and,
WHEREAS, the work has been completed and has been inspected
and found acceptable by City staff; and,
WHEREAS, the total amount due for the work is $67,789.00 of
which $61,010.10 has been paid to the contractor, leaving an
amount due of $6,778.90.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Weeks Park Golf Course Maintenance Building is hereby
accepted as complete and the City Manager is authorized to make
final payment to the contractor in the amount of $6,778.90.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 15TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1988.
