RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE BUDGET MILLING
AND OVERLAY PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price
contract with R-Tito, Inc. with the estimated total cost of
$319,879.36; and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
$319,771.83 of which $278,204.98 has been previously paid to the
contractor, leaving an amount due of $41,566.85; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it
to be acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Budget Milling and Overlay Project is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is authorized to make a final payment to the
contractor.
