RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE LANDFILL SOIL
LINER V PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has advertised
for construction of the Landfill Soil Liner V Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Beavers Construction of Bowie, Texas, who bid unit prices for a
total of $174,816-00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Beavers Construction Company in the
amount of $174,816.00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 1ST DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1988.
