RESOLUTION GRANTING A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO NEIL EVERETT
SHAW, STEVE TUCKER AND JACK SPENCE, D /B /A
FALLS CAB CO., FOR OPERATION OF A TAXICAB
SERVICE IN WICHITA FALLS.
WHEREAS, Neil Everett Shaw has filed an application for a
certificate of public convenience and necessity for the operation
of a taxicab service in the City of Wichita Falls, with the right
to operate 15 taxicabs; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on this
application, and it finds that the public convenience and
necessity requires the operation of such taxicabs, and such
applicant is fit to conduct such business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A certificate of public convenience and necessity for the
operation of such taxicab service, with the right to operate 10
taxicabs, is hereby issued and granted to Neil Everett Shaw,
Steve Tucker and Jack Spence, d /b /a Falls Cab Co., subject to the
present and future ordinances and resolutions of the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of October, 1988.
