A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR
PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF TLETS II
TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT IN
CONSOLIDATED DISPATCH CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the purchase and
installation of TLETS 11 Telecommunications Equipment in the Consolidated Dispatch
Center, and
WHEREAS, the TLETS If Telecommunications System links the Wichita Falls Police
Department to the Texas Crime Information Center, the National Crime Information
Center, and provides a valuable line of communication with other law enforcement
agencies throughout the nation, and
WHEREAS, Command Data Systems, Inc. has submitted a bid of $31,328 to provide
and install a TLETS 11 system compatible with present communications equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Command Data Systems, Inc. bid of $31,328 is hereby accepted for the
purchase and installation of the TLETS 11 system.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 4TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1988.
