RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH TEXAS
UTILITIES ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR THE RELOCATION
OF TRANSMISSION FACILITIES TO FACILITATE THE
HOLLIDAY CREEK CONSTRUCTION BETWEEN EASTSIDE
DRIVE AND SOUTHWEST PARKWAY
WHEREAS, it is necessary to relocate certain transmission
facilities owned by the Texas Utilities Electric Company in order
to construct the Holliday Creek Phase II Project; and,
WHEREAS, these transmission facilities are on property
either leased or owned by the Texas Utilities Electric Company;
and,
WHEREAS, the Texas Electric Utilities Electric Company has
agreed to relocate these facilities at a cost not to exceed
$247,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract between Texas Utilities Electric Company and
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, is hereby approved with a not
to exceed cost $247,500.00.
