RESOLUTION APPROVING, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE, A CONTRACT WITH THE
ZACK BURKETT CO. FOR THE OVERLAY OF THE PARK-
ING LOTS AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, that:
A contract, with the Zack Burkett Co. in the amount of $60,403 for the overlay
of the parking lots at Municipal Airport is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 20th day of September, 1988.
