RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF HAGGERTY PLUMBING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
A SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM FOR THE HOLLIDAY CREEK PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the con-
struction of a sanitary sewer system to serve Ron Roberts Ford and .Alpha / Raloh
Morgan Dodge to replace a private sewer system these businesses have across
Holliday Creek, which bids were to be made on a unit price basis; and,
11HEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Haggerty Plumbing
Company, who bid unit prices with an estimated total of $21,181.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Haggerty Plumbing Company with an estimated total of
$21,181.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a
contract for the City with the said contractor for the construction of such
project.
