RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID
FOR SERVING CENTER AT
THE ACTIVITIES CENTER
WHEREAS, on July 5, 1988, the City Council approved
Ordinance 86 -88, which appropriated funds for the purchase of a
serving center at the Activities Center; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for said project; and
WHEREAS, Restaurant Services, Inc. has been determined to be
the lowest and best qualified responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Restaurant Services, Inc. is hereby accepted and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with
Restaurant Services, Inc. for a serving center at the Activities
Center.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of September, 1988.
