A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL FOR THE TEMPORARY SALE OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON THE NOTRE DAME SCHOOL PROPERTY AT
2821 LANSING BOULEVARD, BY THE GUADALUPE CHURCH FOR THEIR
CORONATION DANCE ON SEPTEMBER 10, 1988
WHEREAS, the Guadalupe Church has requested authorization
to sell alcoholic beverages at the Coronation Dance to be held
on the Notre Dame School property on September 10, 1988; and,
WHEREAS, Section 5420 requires City Council authorization
for such temporary alcoholic beverage sales permit; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems that there will be no
adverse impact on the health, safety, and public welfare for
such temporary alcoholic beverage sale hereafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Approval is hereby given for the temporary sale of
alcoholic beverages on the Notre Dame School property at 2821
Lansing Boulevard, for the Coronation Dance of the Guadalupe
Church, on September 10, 1988.
