RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF FIVE
LOTS IN BLOCK 177, ORIGINAL TOWN OF WICHITA
FALLS.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls formerly owned Lots 3, 4,
5, 6 and 7 in Block 177 of the Original Town of Wichita Falls,
which lots adjoin the Depot Square Historical District; and,
WHEREAS, it is found to be in the public interest to
purchase these lots for a public purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The purchase of the above described lots from Clayton Kramer
for the sum of $16,000.00 is hereby approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute any contract and other
instruments necessary to complete the purchase of such property.
