RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH WICHITA COUNTY
FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE
WICHITA FALLS - WICHITA COUNTY
PUBLIC HEALTH DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Wichita County has agreed to support the
Wichita Falls- Wichita County Public Health District by providing
$41,000 to the City of Wichita Falls for one public health nurse
position and the purchase of vector control chemicals and $44,000
to the Public Health District for operating expenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement
with Wichita County for services provided by the Wichita Falls-
Wichita County Public Health District.
