RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR PAINTING AT
JASPER STREET WATER TREATMENT PLANT, SEWER
LIFT STATION 25, AND EAST SCOTT WATER
DISTRIBUTION COMPLEX
WHEREAS, the City has received bids for painting at the
Jasper Street Water Treatment Plant, Sewer Lift Station No. 25
and the East Scott Water Distribution Complex; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has determined the lowest responsible
bidder for the project to be G & S Sandblasting and Painting
Company, Abilene, Texas, in the amount of $45,252.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of G & S Sandblasting and Painting Company in the
amount of $45,252.00 for the cited painting project is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is authorized to execute an
appropriate contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1988.
