RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID FOR THE
PAWHUSKA DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the reconstruction of Pawhuska Drive;
WHEREAS, 3 bids were received, and it is found that the bid
of Thacker -Berre Construction Co., Inc. of Wichita Falls, Texas,
in the amount of $67,302.64 is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Thacker -Berre Construction Co., Inc. in the
amount of $67,302.64 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract with Thacker -Berre Construction
Co., Inc. for the reconstruction of Pawhuska Drive.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1988.
